With 20 years of experience, we offer in-person, online, and hybrid sessions to fit your lifestyle.

With over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience, I recognise that every BODY is unique—each with its own strengths, challenges, and untapped potential. My approach is centred on understanding you as an individual and tailoring each session to meet your specific goals, whether you're seeking injury recovery, strength building, enhanced flexibility, or refined athletic performance.

As a highly trained and experienced Pilates Teacher with a BSc Honours in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE in education, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. My expertise goes beyond teaching; I am dedicated to helping you achieve lasting health and wellness through a mindful, precise, and progressive approach to Pilates. I take pride in offering a holistic practice that integrates both Classical and Contemporary Pilates, using the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, and Mat to ensure a well-rounded, effective movement experience.

Having worked with clients across the UK and the Netherlands, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals at all levels—from beginners to professional athletes. My experience includes assisting clients with injury rehabilitation, managing specific health conditions, and optimising performance through a personalised approach.

What sets me apart is my commitment to delivering bespoke Pilates sessions that are grounded in the principles of control, precision, and alignment, all while fostering a supportive and empowering environment. I focus on improving your movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and overall quality of life, ensuring you feel confident and capable in every aspect of your daily life.
